			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>One thing I don’t see discussed very often is the difference between fixing a roof versus replacing it. It feels like the best option depends a lot on the age of the roof, roofing material, and how frequently repairs keep coming up. A newer roof with minor problems is one situation, but ongoing problems might be a sign of a bigger issue.
